Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders for the work of F/S & Designing, Renovation, and Up-gradation of Circuit House to KPK House in Dera Ismail Khan. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 (Amended).
Items being procured:
- F/S & Designing / Renovation / Up-gradation of Circuit House to KPK House D.I Khan (Balance/Additional Work)
The scope includes full designing, renovation, and upgrading of the existing Circuit House to meet the standards of KPK House. The project requires firms with PEC category C-4 or above. Bidders must submit 2% Earnest Money along with Stamp Duty and 0.03% Tender Fee. The bidding will be conducted on an Above/Below system based on BOQ/Engineers Estimate and MRS applicable.
Eligibility criteria include valid and renewed registrations with C&W, PEC, KPPRA, and FBR along with an active ATL status. Earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be deposited in the name of the Executive Engineer Maintenance-I, Peshawar prior to bid submission. Both Technical and Financial bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS system. The financial bid must include the 2% security deposit in the form of an original Call Deposit. No bank cheque or pay order will be accepted.
The last date for bid submission is **04 September 2026 at 12:00 PM**, with the technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened after approval of the technical bids as per rules. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 26 August 2026.
Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions on the official C&W Department website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) and ensure all documents are complete. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000/- per package is required for bid documents. It is crucial to submit detailed rate analysis if bidding below 20% of the Engineer's estimate to avoid disqualification.
For best results, bidders should ensure timely submission of both technical and financial bids on the E-PADS system and maintain clear communication with the Executive Engineer's office for any clarifications.
