Fumigation and Malaria/Dengue/De-Rating/Rodents/Termites Control Spray Services in Port Qasim Authority Areas and Housing Complex 2026-28

Port Qasim Authority Karachi invites sealed bids from financially sound contractors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board. The tender is for fumigation and control spray services targeting Malaria, Dengue, De-Rating, Rodents, and Termites within PQA areas, offices, PQA Crafts, and the PQA Housing Complex for the years 2026 to 2028. Bidders must submit bids under the Single Stage - Two Envelopes Procedure as per Rule-36(b) of Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bid package includes three envelopes: Bid Security, Technical Proposal/Prequalification documents, and Financial Proposal. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Orders amounting to Rs. 400,000 issued by a Pakistani scheduled bank with minimum AA rating is mandatory. Bids without bid security will be rejected.
