Provision of Furniture for Construction of Children School Manora and 02 x CPOs Block No. 31 & 32 (G+3) at Sabir SRE Karachi

The Military Engineer Services is inviting applications for the provision of furniture for two important construction projects in Karachi. This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors and firms, particularly those with experience in similar works for government departments or unlimited category MES enlistment. The works are located at Children School Manora and at Sabir SRE Karachi, covering both educational and residential infrastructure. Items being procured: - Provision of Furniture for Construction of Children School Manora (Amount: 1.624 Million) - Provision of Furniture for Construction of 02 x CPOs Block No. 31 & 32 (G+3), Total 08 Flats at Sabir SRE Karachi (Amount: 1.100 Million) The technical scope includes the supply and installation of quality furniture suitable for educational and residential use, ensuring durability and compliance with MES standards. Contractors must demonstrate relevant experience by providing details of similar works executed in the last two years, including agency, amount, completion status, and performance reports. Those not enlisted with MES must deposit an earnest money of **PKR 300,000** with their application. For contractors not on the MES approved list or those suspended, a security deposit equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required, pledged in the name of GE (Navy) Const Manora Karachi. All applicants must also submit documentation such as GST registration, NTN certificate, and lists of assets and personnel. The deadline for bid submission is **27 August 2026**. Bids will be opened on the same day. Applications must be complete and submitted as per the instructions; incomplete applications will not be entertained.
