Civil Work (Dismantling and Renovation) of Washrooms and Partition Work at IRCBM, CUI Lahore Campus

Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids for the civil work involving dismantling and renovation of washrooms and partition work at IRCBM, CUI Lahore Campus. This procurement is specifically for the city of Lahore under the Punjab province. The scope includes comprehensive civil works such as removal of existing tiles, dismantling brick/concrete walls, removal of doors and windows, plumbing fixtures removal, brickwork, plastering, fixing MS sheet frames, laying cement concrete, reinforcement fabrication, ceramic tile installation, wooden molding, PVC plumbing, UPVC piping, installation of sanitary fixtures including water closets and wash basins, fixing of mirrors, granite marble slabs, CP fittings, and electrical works including lighting and exhaust fans. Additionally, the contract covers site clearance, wooden wall partitions with bookshelves, and modular office workstations. Items being procured: - Removal of existing tiles from walls and floors - Dismantling brick/concrete work - Removal of door leaves and MS windows - Removal of plumbing fixtures - Brickwork with cement sand mortar - Cement sand plastering - Fixing MS sheet hollow pressed frames - Laying plain and reinforced cement concrete - Fabrication and laying of mild steel reinforcement bars - Installation of ceramic tiles - Fixing wooden molding - PVC P-traps and UPVC pipes of various diameters - PPRC water supply lines and control valves - Installation of glazed earthenware water closets and wash basins - Fixing looking glasses - Granite marble slabs for counters - Installation of CP fittings including bib cocks, stop cocks, water mixtures, and Muslim showers - Fixing bath jalis and rubber connection pipes - Supply and fixing of uPVC soap dispensers and cloth hanging hooks - Fabrication and fixing aluminum windows - Installation of ceiling lights, exhaust fans, and switch plates - Site clearance - Wooden wall partitions with bookshelves - Modular office workstations The technical scope requires adherence to quality standards, approved materials, and workmanship as per the instructions of the Engineer in Charge. Bidders must be registered with FBR and relevant authorities and comply with eligibility criteria. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The contract duration is 30 days from commencement. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract.
