Procurement of Electrical Items, Automated PCR System, Ventilator Parts, and Office Furniture for Peshawar Institute of Cardiology

Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC-MTI), a project under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department, invites eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and listed on the Active Tax Payer (ATL) list, as well as registered with EPADS, to submit electronic bids for the procurement of various items. The procurement includes the supply of Electrical Items (Leftover), an Automated PCR (Extraction & Amplification System) on Reagent Rental Basis (3rd Time), Ventilator Parts and Consumables (2nd Time), and Office Furniture for the Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) (2nd Time). Items being procured: - Electrical Items (Leftover) - Automated PCR System (Extraction & Amplification, 1 System) on Reagent Rental Basis - Ventilator Parts and Consumables - Office Furniture for Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) The bidding documents detailing specifications, submission procedures, opening, and evaluation methods are available for download from the EPADS portal. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for October 08th, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST at the office of the Manager Material Management, 1st Floor, OPD Building, PIC-MTI. Bidders are encouraged to attend. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by October 19th, 2026 at 10:30 AM PST, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. A scan copy of the bid security must be attached with the bid, and the original CDR/Bid Security must be delivered to the Manager Material Management office by the closing date and time. Bids accompanied by Pay Orders or submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will be rejected. Income Tax, stamp duty, Professional Tax, KPRA, and other government taxes will be applied as per rules. The procurement will follow KP-PPRA rules and regulations. PIC-MTI reserves the right to cancel any or all bids with valid reasons under Rule 47 of KP-PPRA. Bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS to obtain user credentials.
