The Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence for Early Childhood Education, located in Lahore, is inviting bids for the supply and installation of classroom furniture and IT equipment. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the learning environment by providing quality furniture and modern IT tools for educational purposes. Items being procured: - Furniture (estimated cost Rs. 75,80,000) - IT Equipment (estimated cost Rs. 82,20,000) The scope includes the supply and installation of all items at the Children Library Complex. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications detailed in the bidding documents, which can be downloaded from the official websites. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rules, requiring separate technical and financial bids. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. They should be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or suppliers with prior experience in supplying, delivering, installing, testing, and commissioning classroom furniture and IT equipment for government, semi-government, autonomous, educational, or reputable private sector organizations. Documentary evidence such as purchase orders, work orders, completion certificates, delivery challans, and client testimonials must be submitted to support the technical evaluation. The bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by 15.08.2026 till 11:00 am. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders. A bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Draft is mandatory. Without the bid security, offers will be rejected as non-responsive.
