Furniture for Establishment of Online Training Resource Centers at Regional Professional Development Centers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Elementary and Secondary Education Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the supply and installation of furniture for the establishment of online training resource centers at Regional Professional Development Centers (RPDCs) across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is part of the Human Capital Investment Project funded by the World Bank. The furniture will be delivered and installed in 18 RPDCs throughout the province, supporting the development of online training facilities. Items being procured: - Furniture for establishment of online training resource centers at 18 Regional Professional Development Centers (RPDCs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa The scope includes supply and installation of furniture suitable for training centers, ensuring quality and durability to support educational activities. The project requires delivery within 50 days from contract signing. Eligible bidders must comply with the World Bank procurement regulations and demonstrate relevant experience. Bidders should be registered with FBR and have a valid PEC category if applicable. Bidding documents can be inspected and purchased during office hours from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM at the Project Director’s office in Peshawar upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 in cash. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 11:00 AM on 11th August 2026. Electronic bids are not allowed. Bids will be publicly opened at 11:15 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders’ representatives. Bid security amounts are specified for different lots: Central Districts PKR 140,000, Southern Districts PKR 170,000, and Northern Districts PKR 125,000. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on 29th July 2026, with remote participation available upon request via email. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is prepared exactly as specified for your lot and submit your bid well before the deadline to avoid rejection of late bids.
