Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of Gas Service Valves 1 inch with tail piece, to be delivered at Gulberg Stores Lahore (D). This procurement is being conducted under a Single Stage Two Envelope System, and all interested local and foreign manufacturers or their authorized agents are encouraged to participate.
Items being procured:
- Gas Service Valves 1 inch with tail piece (quantity and further technical details to be specified in the tender documents)
The technical scope includes compliance with the detailed technical specifications provided in Appendix F of the bidding documents. Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals in duplicate, enclosed in sealed covers marked as CONFIDENTIAL, and addressed to the General Manager (Procurement), SNGPL, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. The technical proposal should include technical literature, a completed questionnaire, clause-by-clause commentary on specifications, quantity offered, bid bond as per clause 17, and delivery period. The financial proposal must include the price schedule, original bid bond, sales tax registration certificate, income tax certificate, and completed questionnaire.
Eligibility requirements include submission of a valid authority letter, bid bond, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents. Offers must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date. Only one authorized representative per bidder will be allowed to attend the public opening of bids, which will take place on 02.07.2026 at 1500 hours at the SNGPL office in Lahore. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
A practical tip: Ensure your bid bond and all supporting documents are original and complete, as SNGPL will not accept photocopies or incomplete submissions.
