Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the procurement of general and cleaning items for the High Court of Sindh located in Karachi. The department requires a wide range of cleaning supplies including car polish, cotton waste, dashboard polish, air fresheners, soaps, tissue boxes, mosquito spray, locks, and other janitorial items. The procurement is scheduled for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to maintain the court's facilities with high-quality products.
Bidders must ensure that all items meet the specified standards and samples must be inspected at the High Court store before quoting. The scope covers delivery of goods within 20 calendar days of purchase order issuance. The procurement process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) with a single stage, one envelope bidding method. The site location in Karachi requires timely delivery and adherence to quality standards to avoid penalties or blacklisting.
Bidders should be registered with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA), have valid GST and Income Tax registrations, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The tender requires a bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR).
