Procurement of General Furniture and Allied Items for NSHS FY-2025-26 at NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad

The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Islamabad is procuring general furniture and allied items for the NSHS FY-2025-26 at its H-12 Campus in Islamabad. This procurement targets reliable, experienced, and financially sound manufacturers or suppliers of furniture with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration. The scope includes supply of visitor chairs, green notice boards, computer tables/desks, and student chairs with desks as per detailed specifications and samples provided in Annex-A. Bidders must be registered with FBR for sales and income tax, active on the tax payer list, registered with SECP as furniture manufacturers, and not blacklisted or under litigation. The bidding documents processing fee of Rs. 5,000 must be submitted physically at the time of technical bid opening. Delivery time shall not exceed four weeks, with installation and commissioning within two weeks.
