Supply of General Medicines, Surgical Disposables, Laboratory Reagents, X-Ray Films, and Dental Items for District Health Facilities Muzaffarabad FY 2026-27

The Health Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed tenders for the supply of essential medical items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to ensure uninterrupted provision of healthcare services across various district health facilities in Muzaffarabad. Bidders are required to provide rates for FOR Muzaffarabad delivery, and all items must be supplied as per the technical specifications and standards outlined by the department. Items being procured: - General medicines (various types and quantities as per demand) - Surgical disposables (various types and quantities) - Laboratory reagents (various types and quantities) - X-ray films (various sizes and quantities) - Dental items (various types and quantities) Suppliers must submit their sealed bids to the office of the undersigned by 09-10-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. The contract period will extend until 30 June 2027. Only registered suppliers with at least 50% supply experience to government institutions will be considered. Bidders must provide valid registration certificates, tax documents, and proof of experience. Earnest money of 60,000 PKR in the form of CDR is mandatory with the bid. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. For bidders, it is advisable to ensure all supporting documents, including experience certificates and tax compliance, are up to date and attached with the bid.
