Procurement of General Store and Fly Clothing Items for Financial Year 2026-27 (Coveralls, Jackets, Survival Gear, Accessories)

Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of a comprehensive range of general store and fly clothing items for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to Original Equipment Manufacturers, authorized agents, and registered suppliers who meet the eligibility criteria and are listed on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR and registered with DGDP/DGP-A/PEC as applicable. The procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Process in accordance with PPRA regulations. Items being procured: - Coverall Flying FR (All Sizes) - Coverall Flying NFR (All Sizes) - Jacket Fly Green (All Sizes) - Bag Flying Helmet - Survival Jacket (All Sizes) - Gloves (Flyer's Summer Type GS/FRP-2) (All Sizes) - Boot Flying (All Sizes) - Sun Glass (All Sizes) - Watch CASIO - Ear Plug - Knee Elbow Guard - Douglas Protector - Survival Knife - Torch - Finger Light - Wind Shield Glasses - Thermal Set (All Sizes) - NVG Mount All items must be supplied as per the technical specifications provided in the tender documents. Bidders are required to submit two samples of each item at the time of tender opening. Only those firms that collect the technical specifications and tender documents from the Local Purchase Branch, COD Rawalpindi, will be eligible to participate. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value, submitted within five working days of intimation. The procurement will be completed within the current financial year, and quantities may be amended at the time of order. Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial Proposals), clearly marked as per instructions, and delivered to the Local Purchase Office, COD Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi, by 1030 hours on 03 Sep 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. For best results, ensure all documentation is complete and samples are provided as required—missing samples will result in rejection at the spot.
