Procurement of GPU Server

The Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab, through its Directorate-General Monitoring & Evaluation, invites bids for the procurement of a GPU Server. This corrigendum notifies all interested bidders of changes in the bidding documents and an extension of the bid submission deadline to 10th November, 2026. The procurement is being managed by the IT Section of DGM&E, located at 65-Trade Center Block, M.A. Johar Town, Lahore. Items being procured: - GPU Server (specific quantity and technical specifications are to be referred from the tender documents) The technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed, and stamped, in accordance with the tender documents. Bids are to be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement Systems website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk until 10:30 AM on 10th November, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM as per PPRA Rules, 2014. The amended tender documents are available at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Bidders must ensure compliance with all requirements, including valid registration with FBR and ATL, and submission of Earnest Money as specified in the tender documents. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
