Procurement of Ground Couplers & Dual Hose Connections for PSO Aviation Stations

Installation work involves modification of existing pipelines without hot work, using bolts and nuts for joints and valves. Hydrostatic testing at 150 PSI with test certificates is mandatory. The vendor must ensure compliance with PSO safety procedures and provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship and materials from commissioning date. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, relevant experience, and submission of earnest money of Rs. 250,000/- as bid security. Vendors are encouraged to conduct a pre-bid site visit for technical clarification. The job is turnkey, requiring the vendor to arrange all labor, tools, materials, and consumables.
