Ground Feeding Services for PIA Passengers at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL) Karachi invites qualified service providers to offer Ground Feeding Services for transit, delayed, and diverted flight passengers at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This procurement is specifically for meal services including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and light refreshments, ensuring timely delivery of 150 to 400 meals daily with high hygiene standards. The contract duration is three years with possible extension upon mutual consent. The scope includes provision of disposable crockery, cutlery, and a full range of refreshment and beverage items as per PIA standards. The menu covers omelets, french fries, bread, butter, jam, juices, chicken qorma, biryani, sweet dishes, salads, sandwiches, and other light refreshments. Service providers must have certified infrastructure, trained staff, and relevant food certifications such as HACCP and ISO 9001. Experience of more than six years in similar services and proximity within 10 KM of the airport are preferred. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Submission requires a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 15,000 via pay order and a refundable bid security of PKR 100,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA's E-PADS portal and accompanied by hard copies of the technical proposal and pay orders addressed to the Station Manager PIA, Jinnah International Airport Karachi by 19th June 2026 at 11:00 AM. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the E-PADS portal and prepare both technical and financial proposals carefully, as the technical bid will be opened first for evaluation.
