Items being procured: - Complete mess management services for officers mess (including food preparation, serving, cleaning, and related arrangements) - Provision of staff for kitchen and service - Supply of groceries and kitchen consumables as per menu - Maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness standards - Management of inventory and supplies - Compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations The technical scope includes the daily preparation and serving of meals, maintaining the cleanliness of the mess premises, and ensuring the smooth operation of all mess-related activities. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary staff, materials, and consumables required for the efficient running of the mess. The contract period and further details can be obtained from the FFHO office during working hours. Eligible bidders must have prior experience in mess or catering management, be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and provide earnest money as specified in the tender documents.
