Tender Description
This tender invites registered and prequalified firms to supply grounding conductor 95mm sq. for the GEPCO warehouse located in Wazirabad, Punjab. The procurement is managed by the Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) under the FY 2025-26 budget. The scope includes delivery of 5000 meters of grounding conductor with a delivery timeline of 90 days. Bidders must be authorized dealers or manufacturers registered with DISCOs, NTDC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC, ensuring compliance with local procurement standards.
The grounding conductor is a critical electrical component used for earthing and safety in power distribution systems. The supply will support GEPCO's infrastructure in Wazirabad, a key city in Punjab, ensuring reliable and safe electrical operations. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) on the EPADS v2.0 platform, emphasizing transparency and competitive pricing. Bidders must submit original bid guarantees and comply with NTDC Type Test Policy 2023, providing valid type test reports from designated laboratories.
