Procurement of Gymnasium Equipment for Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra

The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra, Directorate of Central Procurement, located in Kamra, Punjab, is inviting bids for the procurement of gymnasium equipment. This tender specifically covers the supply of high-quality fitness machines including Life Fitness Heavy Duty Aspire ASPT-SL Series Treadmill with advanced LED console and Wi-Fi connectivity, Life Fitness Signature CMACO 2 Series Cable Cross-Over, and Life Fitness Axiom Series OPBC 3 Bicep Curl machines or their equivalent/higher models. The equipment is intended for installation and use at the APF premises in Kamra. The technical scope includes detailed specifications such as shock absorption systems, multi-ply polyester belts, AC motors with specific horsepower, speed ranges, incline capabilities, and user weight limits for treadmills. The cable cross-over and bicep curl machines have defined dimensions, weight stacks, and user weight capacities. Installation, commissioning, and serviceability checks at the APF premises are the responsibility of the supplier at no additional cost. Warranty for all items is required for one year, and the equipment must be current year's production. Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and should provide all necessary documentation including PEC category if applicable, NTN & STRN certificates, financial capability evidence, and authorization letters. The tender requires submission of a technical bid without prices and a separate commercial bid with prices, both in duplicate. Earnest Money in the form of a 5% Bid Security (not exceeding PKR 400,000) is mandatory. A 10% Performance Bank Guarantee will be required upon contract signing.
