Procurement of Hajj Giveaways Including Luggage Trolley Bags, Mashir Bags, and Scarfs with ZTBL Logo

ZTBL Islamabad invites bids for procurement of Hajj giveaways including luggage trolley bags, hand carry trolley bags, mashir bags, and female scarfs all branded with ZTBL logo. This tender covers delivery to multiple cities including Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Sukkur, Quetta, Rahim Yar Khan, and Faisalabad under the 2025-26 financial year budget. The scope includes manufacturing of high-quality luggage trolley bags with embroidered Pakistani flags, soft trolley cases with waterproof lining, telescopic handles, and transparent pockets for Haji details. The mashir bags are PU coated with specific dimensions and printing requirements. Female scarfs are made of white cotton jersey fabric with PVC ink printing of Pakistan name and flag. Delivery is expected within 20 days of contract award with a warranty period of 60 days. Bidders must comply with eligibility criteria including 3 years existence in Pakistan, prior delivery experience of 500 Hajj/luggage bags to banks or public organizations, and must not be blacklisted. PEC category is not applicable but bidders should ensure valid FBR registration and ATL compliance for FY 2025-26. Bid security and performance guarantee of 5% are mandatory.
