Tender Description
Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of Handheld Anti Drone Systems and Anti Drone Handheld Guns for the financial year 2025-26. Bids are invited from Original Equipment Manufacturers, their agents, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with FBR and PEC. The procurement follows a single stage, two envelope process with separate technical, financial, and vendor profile submissions.
Bids must be submitted by 05 January 2026 at 1030 hours and will be opened the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. The tender includes detailed technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and terms for warranty and delivery. Bid security of 5% of the estimated bid value is required, and successful bidders must provide a performance security of 10%. The procurement aims to equip multiple Ordnance Depots across Pakistan with these security systems.
