Tender Description
The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement process for a range of items and services required for the fiscal year 2026-27. This notice covers three distinct procurement lots, each with its own technical and supply requirements. Items being procured:
- Health Insurance for SICHN Employees
- Procurement of Air Conditioners for SICHN Mirpurkhas
- Procurement of Office Stationery, Janitorial and Other Miscellaneous Items for SICHN Sites
Bidders are required to submit their applications along with a non-refundable tender fee of **Rs. 5000** via cash deposit in the designated Sindh Bank account. Earnest Money is set at **2%** of the total bid value, to be submitted as a Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit in the name of SICHN. All bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) portal, with the deadline for submission being **14-10-2026 up to 10:30 a.m.** The opening of tenders will take place on the same day at **11:00 a.m.** at the SICHN office, First Floor, Plot No. 354 & 356 JM, Near People's Secretariat, Chowrangi, Jamshed Quarters, Karachi.
The technical scope includes comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees, supply and installation of air conditioners at SICHN Mirpurkhas, and provision of office stationery, janitorial, and miscellaneous items for various SICHN sites. Bidders must ensure compliance with all relevant Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019), and all applicable government taxes must be included in the bid.
