District Council Tando Mohammad Khan invites sealed tenders for outsourcing sanitation staff services for sweeping and cleaning streets in different main villages of Union Council Nazarpur, Dindo, and Ghulam Shah Bagrani Taluka Tando Ghulam Hyder. The contract duration is six months from 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. The contract requires firms registered in the Waste Management sector or Civil Contractor firms. Waste Management firms must hold a license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste updated till 2026 and generate a company website. Registration from Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) with Waste Management codes 9852, 0000 is mandatory. NTN must be attached with the bid along with a three-year bank statement and experience certificates. Contractors must be return filers for 2025 and have five years of experience in rural outsourcing, dumping, recycling of municipal/town garbage, and landfill site management. Firms must have completed at least 50 contracts of outsourcing waste management on the EPAID site and submit audit reports for 2025 from reputable chartered account firms with UDIN codes. The tender fee is Rs. 1000, and earnest money equal to 2% of the bid amount must be attached in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of District Council T.M. Khan. Bids will be received and opened on 12-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with a second attempt on 27-10-2026 at 10:00 AM if required. The tender documents are available on the EPAID site under the signature of the Chief Officer District Council T.M. Khan. Bidders must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions, including submission of affidavits confirming no litigation involvement and no blacklisting.
