Tender Description
This tender invites bids for a comprehensive Health Insurance Policy covering employees and their entitled family members of Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah. The policy includes inpatient, maternity, and outpatient benefits tailored to different employee categories based on their BPS grades. The coverage extends across Pakistan, ensuring access to a wide network of panel hospitals and diagnostic centers. The scope also includes emergency treatments, claim reimbursements, and health card issuance for smooth service delivery.
The insurance company must be SECP approved, registered with tax authorities including SRB, and meet strict technical evaluation criteria such as years in business, client base, panel hospital network, equity, and PACRA/JCR-VIS rating. The contract is initially for 12 months with a possible extension up to 36 months. The policy covers hospitalization charges, maternity care, outpatient expenses, and major medical conditions with defined limits per category.
