All items must be packed in standard packing such as wooden boxes, 7-ply cartons, cardboard boxes, or crates. Bidders must provide laboratory test reports from ASID Lahore, ASID Chaklala, or IAS&C Karachi where required. The rates quoted must be valid from 31 August 2026 to 30 June 2027 and inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. Samples must be submitted along with quotations, and quotations without samples or lab reports will not be entertained. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Ordnance Depot Nowshera, NTN certificate, sales tax certificates, CNIC of proprietor, bank statements, and clearance from MI Directorate. Bid security or performance guarantee may be required. The tender documents can be obtained from the Local Purchase Office, Ordnance Depot Nowshera during working hours. The tender closing and opening will take place at the Ordnance Depot Nowshera Cantt conference room.
