Eligible firms must be borne on the approved MES contractors list or other government departments with relevant experience. Contractors must provide valid GST registration, National Tax Number, CNIC, and demonstrate availability of skilled/unskilled personnel, machinery, and bank statements. Contractors not on the MES approved list or suspended must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated bid cost as FDR pledged to GE (Navy) Logistics Karachi.
