Supply of Hermetic Drum for Grains Storage by Sami Foundation in Umerkot

Sami Foundation, a non-profit and non-governmental organization implementing the Zurich Climate Resilience Alliance (ZCRA) project with support from Concern Worldwide in the districts of Shaheed Benazir Abad and Matiari, invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for the provision of supplies in these districts. Items being procured: - Hermetic Drum for Grains Storage (360 Nos.) The tender documents can be collected from Sami Foundation Head Office near Eye Hospital, Akber-E-Azam Road, Umerkot, Sindh from October 9th to 23rd, 2026 between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday to Friday. The tender pack is also available for download at www.samifoundation.org.pk. Sealed tenders must reach the Sami Foundation Head Office by 11:00 am on October 23rd, 2026, clearly marked 'Tender for Hermetic Drum'. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of suppliers or their representatives who wish to attend. Suppliers must submit samples along with their bids; bids without samples may be rejected. Samples should be clearly marked with the bidder's name using indelible ink. Bidders must quote only one option; multiple options or rates may lead to rejection. Rates must include all taxes, loading/unloading, packaging, branding, and allied costs up to delivery point. A bid guarantee of 2.5% of the bid value in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of Sami Foundation is mandatory. Bids without security will not be considered. Sami Foundation reserves the right to forfeit bid security if the selected bidder refuses to sign the contract. The tender committee reserves the right to change quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Suppliers must not engage in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices. Vendors should have active filer status with NTN as per the Tax Ordinance of 2001.
