Tender Description
Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids for the procurement of a High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system specifically for the Pharmacy Department at its Lahore Campus. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
Items being procured:
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system including pump/solvent delivery unit with quaternary gradient pump and online degassing
- Autosampler with variable-volume aspiration and programmable needle wash
- Column oven/thermostat with temperature range near-ambient to 80°C
- Photodiode Array/Diode Array Detector (PDA/DAD) with UV-Visible coverage
- Solvent reservoir system with capacity for minimum 4 solvent bottles
- Reversed-phase analytical columns: two C18 and one C8 with guard columns
- Complete Chromatography Data System (CDS) software compliant with 21 CFR Part 11
- Dedicated computer/workstation compatible with CDS software
- UPS/voltage stabilizer for instrument protection
- Installation, commissioning, and user training
- Manufacturer's warranty for minimum 12 months
The technical scope includes supply, installation, commissioning, operationalization, and user training of the HPLC system. The system must be new, unused, and certified with ISO-9001, ISO-13485, TÜV, or equivalent. Bidders must provide a point-by-point technical compliance statement and manufacturer authorization letter.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be authorized dealers with valid manufacturer authorization and certifications. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of bid security must be delivered to Comsats University Islamabad, Defence Road, Lahore before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted.
