The Directorate General Procurement (Army) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of medical and diagnostic equipment under PPRA rules. Firms must provide valid NTN certificates, bank statements for the last financial year, sales tax registration, and a treasury challan of PKR 2000 for registration. The source of supply or OEM certification is required along with registration letters from DGDP. A judicial paper worth PKR 100 duly attested by an oath commissioner certifying no default or blacklisting is mandatory. Bid security of 5% of the quoted value (maximum PKR 1.0 million) must be attached as earnest money in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. The offer validity is 180 days from the commercial offer opening date. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate envelopes and sealed together with the tender enquiry number clearly marked. The last date to apply for IT documents is 16 November 2026. Submission deadline is 17 November 2026 at 0930 hrs, with bid opening at 1000 hrs the same day at the tender room of DGP (Army), Rawalpindi. Bids must be submitted by 0830 hours on the opening date.
