Daanish University Trust (DUT), under the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad, invites qualified audit firms to submit proposals for the statutory audit of the Trust’s financial statements for the Financial Year ended 30 June 2026. This procurement is conducted through the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Statutory audit services for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 The scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive statutory audit in accordance with applicable auditing standards and regulatory requirements. The audit firm must be ICAP-registered Chartered Accountants holding State Bank of Pakistan Category A status. The firm will be responsible for examining financial records, verifying compliance, and providing an audit report for the Trust’s financial statements. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with ICAP and hold Category A status from the State Bank of Pakistan. Experience in statutory audits of similar organizations and compliance with FBR/ATL registration is essential. The firm must demonstrate technical and financial capability to undertake the audit within the stipulated timeframe.
