Hiring of Building on Rent for EOBI Regional Office Muzaffargarh

The Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Regional Office Muzaffargarh, is inviting electronic bids through EPADS from eligible building owners or authorized representatives for the hiring of a suitable building on a rental basis. This building will serve as office accommodation for the EOBI Regional Office in Muzaffargarh City, Punjab. Items being procured: - Suitable building on rent for office accommodation The building must be situated at a convenient and easily accessible location within Muzaffargarh City. It should be suitable for pensioners, employees, and the general public, fulfilling all requirements, terms, and conditions specified in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure in accordance with applicable Public Procurement Rules. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically through EPADS within the prescribed deadline.
