Tender Description
Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) invites bids for the hiring of call center services in Lahore, Punjab. PSDF is a not-for-profit company established by the Government of Punjab to develop skills across Pakistan. The procurement is conducted under a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure from well-reputed, experienced, and tax-registered bidders.
Items being procured:
- Hiring of Call Center Services for one year (extendable on further terms).
The scope includes providing professional call center services to support PSDF operations. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Earnest Money and bid security requirements apply as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal; submissions by other means will be rejected.
