Hiring of Services for Turnkey Establishment, Integration & Operations of Digital Telemedicine Ecosystem (Pilot Phase)

The National Institute of Health (NIH), Islamabad, under the Ministry of National Health Services Regulation & Coordination, invites qualified bidders for the turnkey hiring of services for the establishment, integration, and operations of a digital telemedicine ecosystem pilot phase under the Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System (IDSRS) PSDP project. Items being procured: - Turnkey establishment of digital telemedicine ecosystem - Integration of telemedicine services - Operations management of the telemedicine pilot phase The scope includes comprehensive site assessment, operational readiness planning, and delivery of a fully functional telemedicine system. Bidders must submit a complete Site Assessment & Operational Readiness Plan within ten days of Stage-I bid opening. The bid security required is PKR 40,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring the Finance Manager, IDSRS Project, NIH. CNIC/NICOP documentation is mandatory for owners, partners, directors, and authorized signatories. Independent third-party verification at the bidder's cost will be required if claims cannot be verified directly. The bid submission deadline has been extended from 12th October 2026 to 26th October 2026. Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the bidding documents.
