Hiring of Consultancy Services for Survey, Feasibility, Design, Review and Supervision of Solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes

The Public Health Engineering Division-II, Peshawar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites qualified consultants to provide consultancy services for the project titled 'Survey/Feasibility-Study, Design/Design-Review and Supervision of Solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes' under ADP No. 250926 and 251121. This procurement is conducted through the EPADS platform using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Survey and Feasibility Study - Design and Design Review - Supervision of Solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes The consultancy charges for each project are detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents available on EPADS/KP-PPRA website. Interested firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under relevant codes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Technical and financial proposals must be submitted via EPADS by 17th September 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be evaluated first, followed by financial proposals of only those consultants who qualify technically. A bid declaration certificate and a performance security amounting to 10% of the bid value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan must be submitted. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer (Centre), Public Health Engineering Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar on 7th September 2026 at 1100 hours. Clarifications and queries can be communicated through EPADS. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all proposals with valid reasons. Bidders are advised to carefully review the RFP documents and ensure timely submission through EPADS. Familiarity with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and preparation of bid security documents is essential for successful participation.
