Hiring of Consultancy Services for Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Malakand and Hazara Wildlife Circles Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department invites reputable consultancy firms to submit proposals for the project titled Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Malakand and Hazara Wildlife Circles under the Quality Based Selection (QBS) method through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Items being procured: - Consultancy services for survey and mapping of wildlife in Malakand Wildlife Circle - Consultancy services for survey and mapping of wildlife in Hazara Wildlife Circle The scope includes feasibility studies, wildlife and biodiversity assessment, forestry/wildlife planning, environmental studies, baseline mapping, wildlife census, and assessment of species vulnerabilities. The firm must provide attested copies of supporting documents, including details of completed projects and similar nature works in hand. Eligible firms must have valid registration with Federal/Provincial Tax and Revenue Authorities, be on the Active Taxpayer List, and possess relevant experience. Firms must also be registered with the Security Exchange Company of Pakistan and the EPADS system of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Firms must upload technical and financial bids through EPADS by 16-10-2026 at 12:00 hours. Hard copies of the technical and financial proposals must also be submitted to the Project Director/Conservator Wildlife Malakand Wildlife Circle Swat office. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 03-10-2026 at 11:00 hours at the Project Director/Conservator Wildlife Malakand Wildlife Circle Swat office to clarify any queries. Bidders are advised to strictly follow the RFP format and submit bids on time. Late proposals will not be entertained.
