Hiring of Consultant for Supervision of Procurement & Installation of APMS on High AT&C Loss Feeders against MEPCO Tender No. 122/27

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites qualified and experienced consultants to submit proposals for the consultancy services regarding supervision of procurement and installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) on high AT&C loss feeders. The consultant will ensure compliance with specifications, including the latest PPMC-DS-01:2026 standards for APMS, which cover smart metering devices, current transformers, MCCBs, magnetic contactors, enclosures, and optional oil temperature and level monitoring sensors. Eligibility criteria require the consultant to have completed at least one similar electrical works assignment in the last five years and to propose a qualified electrical engineer/team leader with a minimum of three years relevant experience.
