The specialties required include Vascular Surgeon, Thoracic Surgeon, ENT Surgeon, Nephrologist, Neurologist, Gastroenterologist, Ophthalmologist, Paeds Surgeon, Paediatrician, Plastic Surgeon, Neuro Surgeon, and Medical Lady Officer. Applicants must hold FCPS or equivalent PM&DC-recognized postgraduate qualifications in the relevant specialty. Valid and full permanent registration certificates from PM&DC are mandatory. Experience requirements vary: for major procedures, at least 5 years of relevant experience in tertiary care/trauma centers is required; for minor procedures, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field is necessary.
