Items being procured: - LOT-1: Hiring of services – Tentage, catering, photography etc. for National Celebrations, Exhibitions, Fairs and Religious events etc. (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.0 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 150,000) - LOT-2: Hiring of services – Illumination of buildings and sound systems etc. for National Celebrations, Exhibitions, Fairs and Religious events etc. (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.0 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 150,000) - LOT-3: Purchase of goods – Multiple items for National Celebrations, religious events and sports etc. (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.7 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 185,000) The bidding documents are available free of cost on Punjab e-PADS and PPRA Punjab websites.
