Services for Conferences, Workshops, Seminar, Festival, Exhibition and Training under Citrus, High Value Crops and Groundnut Project Activities

The Barani Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) Chakwal invites reputable contractors and firms registered with FBR for Income & Sales Tax, possessing Registration Certificate of PRA and listed on ATL, to submit e-bids for providing specialized services related to Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, Festivals, Exhibitions, and Training under the ADP Project titled 'Transformation of Agriculture in Pothohar'. This procurement is specifically for activities under the Citrus, High Value Crops, and Groundnut Project at BARI Chakwal, Punjab. Items being procured: - Services required for Conferences, Workshops, Seminar, Festival under the Citrus, High Value Crops and Groundnut Project Activities (Estimated Price: PKR 2,500,000) - Services required for Exhibition & Training under the Citrus, High Value Crops and Groundnut Project Activities (Estimated Price: PKR 1,700,000) The technical scope includes organizing and managing events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, festivals, exhibitions, and training sessions with detailed specifications provided in Annex-1 and Annex-2 respectively. Bidders must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement website. Eligibility criteria require contractors/firms to be registered with FBR, hold valid PRA registration, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory, to be submitted digitally through PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bids must be submitted online only; manual bids will not be accepted. The deadline for bid submission is Thursday, 08 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The successful bidder will be required to sign a procurement contract and provide the services within 10 days of the work order issuance. Failure to deliver services within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the bid security.
