Tender Description
The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites bids for the hiring of consultants to conduct a comprehensive study and assessment of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) technical losses for the fiscal year 2025-26. This corrigendum extends the original bid submission deadline from 03.09.2026 at 11:00 Hrs to the new deadline of 30.09.2026 at 11:00 Hrs.

The scope involves detailed technical evaluation of HESCO's transmission and distribution network losses, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending measures to reduce technical losses. The consultants are expected to have expertise in power distribution systems, loss analysis, and energy auditing.
Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC consultancy categories, be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and demonstrate prior experience in similar technical loss assessment projects. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and other bid security requirements will be as per HESCO's procurement rules.
Bids must be submitted by the extended deadline of 30th September 2026 at 11:00 Hrs to the office of the Chief Engineer (P&E), HESCO Hyderabad. Interested bidders are advised to carefully review the corrigendum and original tender documents published on 26th July 2026 in Daily Dawn Karachi, Daily Jehan-e-Pakistan, and Daily Ibrat Hyderabad.
