Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites bids for the hiring of consultants to conduct a comprehensive study and assessment of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) technical losses for the fiscal year 2025-26. This consultancy aims to analyze the current technical losses in HESCO's transmission and distribution network and provide actionable recommendations to reduce these losses effectively. Items being procured: - Hiring of Consultants for Study and Assessment of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Technical Losses for Year 2025-26 The scope includes detailed technical evaluation of the electrical network, data collection, loss quantification, and formulation of strategies to improve efficiency. The consultants will be expected to have relevant expertise in power distribution systems and loss reduction methodologies. Eligible bidders should possess valid PEC registration in the relevant consultancy category, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and demonstrate prior experience in similar assignments. Earnest money and bid security requirements will be as per HESCO's procurement rules.
