Operation and Maintenance of HVAC System, Inspection of CP and ECDA Pipeline, and Branded SMS Services for PSO

Pakistan State Oil (PSO) invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for multiple service contracts. These include the operation and maintenance of the HVAC system at PSO House, inspection services for the CP system and ECDA for 42-inch and 24-inch PSO pipelines from ZOT to Booster Station, and branded SMS services with PSO Taaluq Masking for maintenance over two years (2027 and 2028). Items being procured: - Operation and Maintenance of HVAC System at PSO House - Inspection of CP System and ECDA for 42-inch and 24-inch PSO Pipeline from ZOT to Booster Station - Branded SMS Services with PSO Taaluq Masking for two years (2027 & 2028) The technical scope covers HVAC system upkeep ensuring optimal climate control, pipeline inspection for corrosion protection and external corrosion direct assessment, and SMS service provision for communication and maintenance of PSO's branding and outreach. Bidders must have relevant PEC categories, FBR registration, and demonstrate financial soundness. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per PSO procurement rules. Bid documents can be collected and submitted through SAP Ariba from 28.09.2026 to 13.10.2026 for the first three tenders and until 15.10.2026 for the seventh tender. Bid submission deadlines are 13.10.2026 and 15.10.2026 respectively, with bid openings scheduled at 3:00 PM on those dates. Bidders should ensure timely registration on SAP Ariba and prepare technical and financial bids carefully under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Early preparation of bid security instruments such as Pay Orders or CDRs is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.
