Hiring of Consulting Services for Balochistan Forced and Bonded Labour Survey

This Request for Proposal invites bids for the hiring of consulting services for the Balochistan Forced and Bonded Labour Survey by the Labour and Man Power Department Balochistan in Quetta. The consultancy service is to be selected through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) from reputed national or international firms or joint ventures. The bidding firms must meet eligibility criteria including registration with FBR for Income Tax, BRA, and PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Items being procured: - Hiring of Consulting Services for Balochistan Forced and Bonded Labour Survey with an estimated cost of Rs. 10,000,000 The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requires firms to have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 7,000,000 in the last three years, presence in Active Tax Payer List, and valid registration certificates.
