Hiring of Contractor for Construction of Control Room at Lakhodair Landfill Site

The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites online bids from eligible bidders registered with PEC in C-6 or above category for the hiring of a contractor for the construction of a control room at the Lakhodair Landfill Site in Lahore. This procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system (e-P) under the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure with the Least Cost method as per PPRA Rules 2014 and its amendments. Items being procured: - Construction of Control Room at Lakhodair Landfill Site The scope includes the full construction of the control room at the landfill site, adhering to the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the specified category and comply with all FBR/ATL registration requirements. A bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated price (Rs. 89,225) is required and must be submitted online as per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines.
