Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites electronic bids (E-Bids) for Annual Framework Contract Year 2026-27 up to 30.06.2027 for patch work, rehabilitation of culverts, nullah, and rehabilitation of office and residential buildings within Rawalpindi city. Items being procured: - Supply of Sand, Stone Aggregate & Pan Aggregate for Patch Work - Rehabilitation of Culverts and Nullah Slab in the Jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi - Rehabilitation/Maintenance of Office Buildings and Residences of Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi The contract covers patch work materials supply, civil rehabilitation of drainage structures, and maintenance of municipal buildings. Bidders must be tax-registered and enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2026-27. Bids will be submitted electronically via Punjab E-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure. Bid security at 5% of estimated cost is required for each lot. Work orders will be issued separately per lot as per requirement. Taxes like PST, Income Tax, and GST will be deducted as applicable.
