Tender Description
The Chief Conservator of Forests Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from financially stable, registered firms, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or Form-C. This procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-27 and covers the supply of stationery items, repair of vehicles, and miscellaneous items at Gilgit.
Items being procured:
- Supply of Stationary Items
- Repair of Transport (Vehicles & Motorcycle)
The procurement is funded through the Regular Budget (FY 2026-27), Annual Development Programme (ADP), Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP), Forest Wildlife & Environment (FWF) Projects, and Donor-Funded Projects. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules on an item-wise basis. Bidders must quote consolidated rates inclusive of all labor and service costs; separate labor charges will not be entertained.
Eligibility requires active registration with SECP/Form-C and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/GB Revenue Authority. A valid affidavit on stamp paper worth Rs. 100/- confirming no blacklisting by any government or semi-government entity is mandatory. A 5% bid security of the total sanctioned budget must accompany the tender documents as a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. The participating firm must have its own shop and workshop facility, which will be physically inspected for operational status.
Sealed bids must be physically delivered to the Office of the Chief Conservator Forests, GB, near Beb-e-Gilgit Jutial, Gilgit. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Supplies and contract finalization are subject to fund release under the stated budget provisions. Detailed bidding documents with item specifications can be obtained from the undersigned during official hours.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your workshop and shop facilities are fully operational and verifiable, as physical inspection is a critical part of the evaluation process. Failure to satisfy this may lead to disqualification.
The deadline for submission is 25th September 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. This tender offers a valuable opportunity to work with the Chief Conservator of Forests Gilgit-Baltistan on diverse supply and repair services.
