Hiring of Contractors for Managing the Disposal of Industrial Effluent at Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites experienced contractors/firms to manage the disposal of industrial effluent at Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate (RIE), Rahim Yar Khan. Items being procured: - Hiring of contractors for managing disposal of industrial effluent at Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate PIEDMC requires firms registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, having an active Tax Payers list and experience of similar works. The contract will be for six (06) months, extendable for another six (06) months based on performance and satisfactory compliance with terms and conditions. Bidding will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage One Envelope basis. Bidders must submit Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order amounting to Rs. 191,083/- in favor of PIEDMC. The original bid security must be submitted physically on or before the closing date. Incomplete, unsigned, or late bids will be rejected. Blacklisted firms by PIEDMC or PPRA are not eligible. Bids must be submitted via Punjab e-Procurement System (eP@PS) by 28th September 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bids opening the same day at 03:30 PM. Technical scope includes managing industrial effluent disposal at the estate, ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL active status, and relevant experience. Earnest money in the form of bid security is mandatory.
