Hiring of Contractors for Renovation Work at BOP Branches in Lahore and Vehari

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the hiring of contractors for renovation work at its branches located in Lahore and Vehari. The specific branches involved are the Eitehad Town Branch in Lahore and the Luddhan Road Branch in Vehari. Items being procured: - Renovation work at Eitehad Town Branch, Lahore - Renovation work at Luddhan Road Branch, Vehari Bid documents are immediately available at the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded and submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System starting from 01-09-2026 (11:00 am). The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am by a committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened at a later date to be announced. Bidders must upload their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, payable via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally generated on the e-Procurement portal. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. The Bank of Punjab disclaims responsibility for any costs incurred in bid submission. Complaints can be filed via SBP's Sunwai service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
