Tender Description
The National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab-North Region, Central Zone, Lahore, invites e-Bids for routine maintenance work on National Highway N-5 from KM 1140+000 to 1150+000. This contract involves essential maintenance activities to ensure the highway remains in good condition and safe for public use. Items being procured:
- Routine maintenance work on N-5 from KM 1140+000 to 1150+000
The scope includes all necessary civil works and building maintenance tasks as per the engineer's estimate of Rs. 9,072,640. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category C-5 & Above (CE-01 & CE-10) and must be active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue list for 2027. A bid security of 5% of the engineer's estimate in the form of PO/CDR in favor of the National Highway Authority Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit is mandatory.
Technical e-Bids must be submitted electronically via the NHA e-bidding portal by October 26, 2026, at 1100 hours. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Manual bids will no longer be accepted in upcoming procurements, so bidders are advised to register on the e-procurement system at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately.
