Hiring of Contractors for Renovation Work at BOP Branches in Sialkot and Rawalpindi

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from reputable organizations for the hiring of contractors to carry out renovation work at its branches located at Govt. Women University, Sialkot (ATM & Booth) and PKLI, Rawalpindi (Booth). The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process, ensuring transparency and competitiveness. Items being procured: - Renovation work at BOP Branch, Govt. Women University, Sialkot (ATM & Booth) - Renovation work at BOP Branch, PKLI, Rawalpindi (Booth) The scope includes all necessary renovation activities to upgrade the specified branches, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timely completion. Bidders must quote prices inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN and GST registration certificates. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via 1Link or Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Technical bids will be opened on 21-09-2026 at 11:30 am by a committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced.
