Tender Description
The Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids on Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) for hiring of firm/firms for provision of bridal and groom attire (dress) and jewelry for collective marriage ceremonies across Punjab on framework contract for financial year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- Bridal and Groom Dress and Jewelry Set (Quantity: 5,000)
The total estimated cost is Rs. 2.25 Crore including all applicable taxes. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidding documents are available online at Punjab e-Procurement system portal and PPRA website. Bidders may also obtain bidding documents from the office of the Director (Admin), Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Punjab Lahore.
The bid security amounting to Rs. 4,50,000 in the form of CDR, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee from scheduled banks in favor of the Director (Admin) must be submitted through Bank of Punjab in compliance with the directions issued vide letter No.SO(I&C)-01/514/2024 dated 19-05-2026.
The bidding procedure is Single Stage – Two Envelopes as per rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete electronic bids must be submitted online at Punjab e-Procurement system portal.
